    Aluminum-plates the zinc base alloy steel plate

    "HOT DIP GALVANIZED (ZINC COATED) STEEL, GALVALUME AND GALFAN " have been the "ALL PURPOSE " product providing good performance and weathering resistance and service life in applications where protection against corrosion of the steel base has been an important requirement.

    Hot-dipped Al-zinc steel in 55% aluminum appears no rust after 20 years application. Steel sheet only with zinc coating or 4% aluminum galvanization appears rust after about 10 years. Steel sheet with 7% aluminum galvanization appears rust after 9 years.

    Measured result of weight loss owing to corrosion shows the fact that steel sheet with 55% aluminum galvanized can be free from rust for minimum 50 years.

    Its base material is aluminum galvanized steel with 55% aluminum. Duration free from rust can last at least 50 years.

    All products with thickness 2.0mm and under can be skin passed.
    The specification for thicknesses under 1.6mm for hot-rolled base metal according to JIS G3302 will be the same as for thickness 1.6mm and over.
    Coil inside diameters can be either 508mm or 610mm, maximum coil outside diameter is 2000mm. Weight of a single coil can be from 5 to 30 metric tons.
    The specification of ASTM such as A653M, A792M, A875M / A924M and etc. have been updated to the latest revisions.
